With over 4,000 square feet of storage space, Cave St-Jacques keeps your wine cozy in safe and highly secured individual lockers. Six gravity evaporators are installed to ensure optimal control of temperature and humidity. The room is insulated to keep humidity inside the premises and the bottle rack configuration allows constant ventilation of the bottles. Your wine can age with beauty, allowing their flavors and aromas to reach your desired complexity and intensity!
